Here at Earth Touch, we understand that sometimes things just happen.  However, we ask that our clients understand that each time an appointment is scheduled with a therapist, that therapist blocks that time out for you.  If you miss your appointment, not only has the therapist missed the income from your appointment, but she has missed potential income from another client that could have been booked.  This is how our therapists make their living - please keep this mind.  So, to reiterate our policy;

Cancellations:  We ask for 24 hour notice of a cancellation of all appointments.  We understand that emergencies happen, so please call as soon as you are aware of a need to cancel.  Failure to cancel within 24 hours may result in a full charge of the service scheduled.

Late for Appointment:  If you are late for your appointment, your session will end at the preset time of the appointment and you will be charged for the full price.  We schedule time between appointments so that each client may check out and the therapist is able to clean and prepare for the next client.  When you are late, that time may cut into the next client's time.  If you realize that you are going to be late, please give the courtesy to call so that the therapist may make an adjustment if possible.

Not showing up for Appointment:  Failure to show for an appointment without a phone call WILL result in full charge for the service missed to be paid prior to scheduling another appointment.  The next appointment scheduled will require a credit card to be held on file.  When a client schedules an appointment, that time is blocked out.  Failure to show up prevents time to fill your spot with another client along with being inconsiderate of your therapist's time.  Please call if you realize you are not going to make it.  Failing to show for an appointment that has been prepaid or is a Gift Certificate will result in forfeiture of the prepaid appointment or Gift Certificate.
