Reiki I and II Certification Class

Taught by Gaia Renee (Terri) Vacek, Certified Massage Therapist and Certificate Reiki Master/Teacher through The International Center of Reiki Training under founder, William Rand, in traditional Usui Reiki in the western style as brought by Mrs. Takata and Japanese/Tibetan style as practiced by Dr. Usui and Laura Garaventa (Fisher), Certified Reiki Master/Teacher with direct lineage through The International Center of Reiki Training.

In this powerful learning experience, you will learn the origin and history of Reiki and how it is used for healing.  You will learn the art of Usui Reiki in a traditional hand placement treatment and learn the intuitive system as practiced by Dr. Usui.  You will learn about the human Energy system, why people get sick and how Reiki heals.  You will learn how to give a Reiki Treatment to yourself and to others.  You will learn the Reiki II symbols, how to draw and use them for healing physical ailments and unwanted habits.  You will learn how to facilitate distance healing.  You will receive attunements for Reiki I and II, after which, you will receive certification as a Reiki Practitioner.  You will also receive valuable information in setting up your own Reiki Practice should you be lead to do so.

This class is a combination of lecture, discussion, demonstration and experiential practice time in a relaxed and fun environment.  Each student experiences giving and receiving a complete treatment using Byosen scanning and the traditional hand placement system.  Practice time is given using all the Reiki II symbols as well as the techniques mentioned above.  You will also learn valuable grounding techniques and some Qi Gong movements to help your own Energy System. 

This is a very powerful and special experience for beginners and for those who are already trained in Reiki, but would like to learn more.

After certification, you will be invited to join our monthly Reiki Share to practice your skills and share your experiences.  During our Reiki Share sessions, new techniques are taught to continue your growing and learning experiences.  This is all part of your certification class.  There is no additional charge for Reiki Share sessions.  Plus you will always have open communication with Terri, your Reiki GrandMaster/Teacher.
